We all know that, sadly, we don't recover from injuries and sickness as well as we used to. It is absolutely critical to focus on recovery and healing when you're not 20-something anymore. I strongly believe the same is true for all health and nutrition needs. It is much more important to get those thing right - both on and off the bike - as an older rider. 

In this section, I'll provide some of my own best practices on health, hydration and nutrition  that you might find helpful.
